My mom's famous biskut limau (orange cookie) recipe. Her recipe book is all yellow and dog-eared from the wear and tear over the years.
Everyone in the AKJ family loves mom's biskut limau. Mom used to do it every hari raya but for the past few years, she has resorted to buying ready made raya cookies as it is much easier.
A few have tried to bake this biskut limau but I always think that mom's is the best. Despite using her recipe, the ones that other people bake didn't taste the same.
This is one of my favourite rays cookies. So far I have not found anyone selling this in the market. I am keeping this recipe here so that one fine day, I can bake my own biskut limau :-)
